Frequently asked questions
-
We offer 15 yard and 20 yard roll-off dumpsters. The 15 yard is great for cleanouts, small remodels and yard projects. The 20 yard is better for larger renovations, roofing and bigger cleanouts. Not sure which one? Call or text (585) 749-4542 and we'll help you pick.
-
Your price depends on the dumpster size and how long you need it. You'll see your exact total at checkout before you pay. Delivery, pickup, driveway protection and a set amount of weight are all included. A few extras, like mattresses, tires and hardfill, cost a little more and are listed on the booking form.
-
Every rental includes a weight allowance, and we're flexible and can fit it to your exact needs. If your project is heavier than normal, let us know when you book. If you go over, the extra weight is billed by the ton. Nothing is a surprise, and we'll walk you through it ahead of time.
-
Most household and construction debris is fine, including furniture, cleanout items, roofing, drywall, wood and yard waste. Hazardous waste and flammable liquids are not allowed. If you're unsure about an item, just ask us before you load it.

We're based in Perry, NY and serve Wyoming, Livingston and Genesee counties and the surrounding area. That includes Perry, Silver Springs, Warsaw, Castile, Gainesville, Wyoming, Pike, Attica, Mount Morris, Leicester, Nunda, Geneseo, Pavilion, Le Roy, Dansville, Caledonia, Avon, Livonia, Batavia and Arcade. We also deliver to Rochester and Buffalo. Delivery is free within 35 miles of us, and a small per-mile charge applies beyond that, including Rochester and Buffalo. On the booking form, choose the distance that matches your location, and call or text (585) 749-4542 if you're not sure. Don't see your town? Call or text us and we'll let you know.
-
We need a flat, clear spot with room overhead and on the sides for the truck. A driveway works great, and we protect it for free with driveway protection boards. You don't have to be home as long as we know exactly where to place it. Just leave us clear instructions when you book. If the dumpster is going on a public street, check with your town about a permit.
-
Book online anytime at cleanslaterolloffs.co. Pick your size, rental length, delivery date and a time window, then pay securely by card. Delivery windows are 4–6 AM, 6–8 AM, 4–6 PM and 7–9 PM. We don't deliver or pick up on Sundays. A Sunday pickup moves to Monday.
-
Yes. Call or text (585) 749-4542 and we'll extend your rental if our schedule allows. If your plans change, let us know as early as you can and we'll reschedule or cancel.
